Spo\u010d\u00edva v neust\u00e1lom roben\u00ed nie\u010doho, v \u010dom sa nec\u00edtime komfortne a\u00a0tak vystupujeme z na\u0161ej komfortnej z\u00f3ny. Pam\u00e4tajte, \u017ee hrdinami sa nerod\u00edme, hrdinami sa st\u00e1vame.Pri boji s\u00a0prokrastin\u00e1ciou n\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 aj tzv. samurajsk\u00e9 pravidlo: ak idete vykona\u0165 nejak\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, mus\u00edte ju spravi\u0165 do piatich sek\u00fand alebo do troch \u00faderov srdca.\u00a0D\u00fafame, \u017ee na\u0161a mini s\u00e9ria o\u00a0prokrastin\u00e1cii sa v\u00e1m p\u00e1\u010dila a\u00a0\u017ee v\u00a0mnohom pomohla v\u0161etk\u00fdm.
